Travel Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Manager. As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our company. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in hotel and hospitality industry.

Duties:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services
- Research and negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and deals for travel bookings
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and other travel service providers
- Create detailed itineraries for each trip, including schedules, reservations, and necessary documentation
- Assist employees with any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during their trips
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to employees
- Manage travel budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or comfort

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Manager or similar role in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems, travel management software, and online travel platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,700.00-£39,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.5 per week
