Travel Operations Co-ordinator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Travel Operations Co-ordinator working for a well-established travel company based in London. The role is to support the travel team with final trip documentation and Travelink content. This is a hybrid role with minimum of two days per week in the office and has a salary of up to £28,000.
Travel Operations Co-ordinator responsibilities:

• Loading products such as hotels and information into the system
• Keeping the Travelink database up to date
• Providing support to the sales team regarding queries
• Checking fares in the GDS, ticketing, reissues/revalidations
• Checking and dispatching travel documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties

Travel Operations Co-ordinator skills required:

• Knowledge of Amadeus and Travelink an advantage
• Travel industry experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable with testing and using systems
• Excellent communications skills

Additonal information:

• Monday-Friday hybrid (at least 2 days per week in office)
• Salary up to £28,000
