Travel Operations Trainer

Are you always the person that every other Business Travel Consultant comes to when they need to know how do something? Clearly you're a subject matter expert but have you ever thought about moving in to a role where you can focus on just that?

We're recruiting for a Travel Operations Trainer position for a TMC that's got big plans for 2024 and beyond!

It's absolutely ideal for a current Business Travel Consultant who has not only the operational knowledge of how to do their job, but also the essential soft skills that are key to being able to train others.

You'll work under the guidance of a manager and you will be a natural at recognising individual training needs of current, and new Business Travel Consultants. Helping to put together training plans, deliver training on a 1-2-1 or small group situation and offering support and guidance - this is a fantastic opportunity for you to move away from the front line and in to a Learning and Development role.

Key information!

• The Travel Operations Trainer will be based in Aberdeen and work to a hybrid pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (Monday -Friday, 9-5:30).
• There may be a small amount of travelling between other offices required on occasion
