Treasury Systems Analyst

As a Treasury Systems Analyst, you’ll provide key enhancement support to the Treasury Management System, Quantum, and its users by communicating issue status, upgrade strategies and enhancement priorities to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll support the audit process in relation to system changes and user access and will work with the Change Management team to produce all necessary documentation and approvals required for system changes. 

We’d hope to see you in our Strand office 2-3 days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!

• Support the development and testing of Quantum system enhancements.  
• Prioritise support to Quantum System users as the need arises. 
• Help develop and maintain testing and roll-out strategies of all Treasury System upgrades.
• Manage the process of resolving critical Quantum system issues ensuring that all necessary resources are engaged.
• Responsible for producing and maintaining all documentation regarding Treasury Management System procedures, enhancement requests, change management and auditing.
• Support system auditing data requests and communicate results to stakeholders and auditing entities.
• Responsible for working with National Grid IT to formulate and carry out a comprehensive Disaster Recovery plan for all Treasury Management Systems
• Liaise with the Change Management team to produce all necessary documentation and approvals required for system changes.

• Strong knowledge of Quantum or a similar Treasury Management System
• Proven hands-on experience working and supporting a Treasury function.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes; experience with SQL and knowledge of how relational databases work
• Knowledge of Allegro and ZEMA is a strong plus.
• Experience standing-up and leading projects and implementing project governance.
• Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external constituents and key stakeholders.

£65,000 - £70,000 per annum - dependent on experience.
