We are seeking a full-time, up to 40 hours, receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly dental practice in {my}dentist Worcester.

Receptionist Role and Responsibilities
You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Your role will include:
· Supporting patient choice and providing information about products and services
· Conducting system reviews to identify and action issues e.g. missed appointments
· Using the appointment booking system and managing diaries
· Money management’ including transmitting electronic claims daily
· Updating and protecting patient information,

· Excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner
· Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
· Ability to use IT and operate computer-based systems
· Strong organisational skills; caring and compassionate
