Tree Surgeon - Climber, Arborist, Groundsmen Positions.

Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire

We are a well-established tree care company looking for an experienced Arborist to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing professional tree care services to our clients, including pruning, shaping, and removing trees, shrubs, and other vegetation as required.

Arborist Responsibilities:

• Carrying out tree pruning, shaping, and removal operations
• Assisting with the management of tree care projects
• Advising clients on the best course of action for their trees
• Operating equipment such as chainsaws, wood chippers, and cranes
• Ensuring that work is carried out safely and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Arborist or Tree Surgeon
• Knowledge of tree biology and proper pruning techniques
• Ability to operate equipment such as chainsaws, wood chippers, and cranes
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to safety and quality work

Education and Certifications:

• NPTC qualifications
• Driver licence
• Chipper, First aid

Salary: £33,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
