To be responsible for a range of generic email boxes to process different types of information.
To utilise case management systems for inputting and gathering information.
To have an understanding of relevant information required to access the Homes For Ukraine information management portal and local data bases within the council.
To input information into the foundary system and maintain up to date information in respect of activity in homes for Ukraine
To liaise with other internal and external agencies to obtain missing mandatory information required including processing Safeguarding checks.
