Great opportunity to join a long-established business, with a reputation for looking after customers and staff. Our client is looking for someone with experience in the retail commercial vehicle sector, you willbe running a busy workshop for a franchised truck and van dealer.
Key Responsibilities as Truck Service Manager:
- Meeting and visiting customers.
- Ensuring staff are motivated and supported.
- Maximising the profitability of the department.
- Compliance with health & safety and industry legislation.
- Compliance with manufacturer process and warranty requirements.
- Helping to produce and achieve budgets and financial targets.
- Managing both the productive and administration team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience running busy workshops, ideally in the retail commercial vehicle sector.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great communication skills.
