Trust Attendance Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trust Attendance lead to join Inspire Education Trust. The role includes responsibility for supporting Academy Leadership and Pastoral teams in managing and reporting concerns about children and designing and implementing procedures to promote and achieve good attendance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working in pastoral or attendance roles within education
• Has an understanding of potential barriers to school attendance
• Can form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and parents.
• Embraces the vision “Together we achieve, individually we grow” and devotedly helps all students achieve this
