About the role

As our Head of Trusts and Foundations, you'll play a pivotal role in securing vital funding to support the national advice, information, and support services. Leading a team, including managing and developing the Senior Trusts Fundraising Officer and Trusts Fundraising Officer, you will work closely with the Director of Income Generation. Your responsibilities include reporting on and evaluating trust and foundation and National Lottery income and expenditures, ensuring a real and lasting impact.

You will work in a collaborative environment working closely with the Heads of Team Group and colleagues across the organization and a very supportive director. Contribute to Fledglings, our innovative e-commerce venture providing essential products for parent carers. Be part of our initiatives in Campaigns & Research, removing barriers and conducting groundbreaking research.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Trusts and Foundations and National Lottery fundraising. You will be brilliant at engaging with individuals at all levels and inspiring through compelling cases for support. You will have strong planning, evaluation and project management skills. Experience in line managing and developing staff.
