A Turnaround Manager is required to work for one of the UK's leading care groups in a service located in Southwark.

The skills, qualifications and qualities required in a Turnaround Manager:
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA
- Ideally be able to demonstrate proven experience working in a senior/supervisory role in a clinical setting, in addition to having prior experience in elderly and dementia care
- Confident leading a clinical team and ensuring high standards of care
- Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of CQC essential standards and quality standards
