An experienced Tutor/Assessor – Sports Turf/Horticulture (full time)
Salary £31,061- £35,997 per annum
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Land Based Team for the appointment of an additional full time Tutor Assessor to support our learners undertaking apprenticeship and adult part-time qualifications in this growing provision.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tutor/Assessor who has a proven track record of providing work-based teaching, learning and assessment in this Sector.
The successful candidate will hold:
- A minimum of level 3 Sports Turf or Golf Greenkeeping qualification.
- A level 3 assessors award/or be willing to work towards a level 4
- A minimum level 5 teaching certificate or be willing to work towards a level 5
- Ideally be a qualified IQA.
You will have have experience of supporting the development of up to date knowledge, skills and behaviours relating to the key priorities for this sector and its employers. You will have experience of teaching and assessing apprentices and adults.
