Role: Tutor – CIPD

Location: Work from home

Salary: £35K - £38k + twice yearly reviews

HR Tutor wanted for a forward-thinking, high-growth apprenticeship provider with an outstanding Ofsted rating. No tutor experience is needed! but does require to be CIPD level 5 qualified to experience within an HR capacity in industry. Tutor – What’s involved?

Being a tutor is a highly rewarding and meaningful role where you will support learners of all ages to achieve their career goals within HR. You will deliver online group training sessions as well and 1 to 1 sessions with learners to support them in acquiring their knowledge to achieve their CIPD qualification.

Tutor – Candidate profile

• CIPD level 5 qualified
• GCSE Maths & English (Or equivalent)
• Have worked within a HR function within industry (ideally but not essential)
• Good communication and people skills are essential.
• Supportive
• Highly organised
• Hard working
• Good interpersonal skills
