Our highly prestigious car dealership client is looking for a professional and motivated Tyre Technician to join their team in a state-of-the-art workshop.

We are looking for a candidate with a very keen eye for detail and a desire to progress through the business.

The Role

• As a Tyre Technician you will be always thinking of how to achieve the highest standards in customer service, whilst ensuring that safety and quality are top of mind.
• A Tyre Fitter has technical knowledge and a professional attitude, they are able to work to efficiency/productivity targets and effectively fit tyres, suggest and make improvements along.
• As a technician you will support other Technicians in this busy environment, and you will have the support of the brand to ensure that their knowledge and skills are up to date.

Role Requirements

To be a success in this role, you will have:

• The practical knowledge of fitting tyres
• The capability of working to the highest quality standards
• Great team player and communication skills
• Maintain high standards of house-keeping
• Prior experience of working to efficiency targets
• A full UK driving license
• Previous career history of being a tyre fitter or this being a part of your job role

Package, Hours and Benefits

• You will receive a guaranteed base salary of £26k plus Bonus - £30k OTE
• Company pension scheme
• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with half an hour break. Every other Saturday 08:00 -12:00
