Join us as a UX/UI Designer:

As a UX/UI designer you'll be integral part of both the Digital team and the wider commercial team. You will be self-motivated, organised, accountable person.

A creative machine, able to articulate your diverse and innovative ideas clearly. Flexible to work towards consistent templates and equally think outside of the box and create original and exciting formats and layouts.

A team player and can work collaboratively with other designers in brainstorming, UX research methodologies and Building assets and components for our pattern library.

A deep thinker who's willing to challenge conventions and think about better ways of getting the job done. Someone who will work towards a better digital experience for people, supporting areas such as site speed, navigation, functionality, and design.

The skills we`re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 Years' experience in designing for UI/Responsive Web/Native Apps.
  • Great understanding of UX principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a passion for designing for web and apps.
  • Demonstrated experience in User Testing/prototyping/research methods
  • Well-developed skills in wire-framing, story boarding, create rough layouts and mockups.
  • Ability to design outstanding visuals, themes and concepts for Social.
  • Experience optimising images for web.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Figma auto layout
  • Experience in creating interactive prototypes and running through flows with stakeholders, clients and vendors.
  • Ability to design creatively within constraints from business procedures and guidelines is essential.
  • Experience with Design Systems/Design Libraries/Components
  • Experience Presenting Designs and communicating rationale to team and stakeholders.

Desirable skills:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working on large corporate websites.
  • Motion graphics skills and experience.
  • Experience of working on social campaigns.
  • Experience with MS Teams/Jira
  • BA Degree in Design or related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to write copy for the web if necessary.
  • Experience working with flowcharts, prototype testing, site mapping and I.A.
