UI/UX Developer – Angular/Front-End – Birmingham/HybridUp to £55,000 per annum – 12-month FTC initially, opportunity for perm in the longer term.
UI/UX Frontend Developer required for a global organisation based near the NEC in Birmingham, where you will be joining part an exciting Data and Technology Team. Within the role, you will play a key part in the development and delivery of a range of key strategic product front-end improvements and upgrades.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious UI/UX Developer that can combine technical/design skills within a multi-skilled product development team. Design experience is essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical constraints.Take ownership of the UI/UX process.Building the UI for new applications and enhancing existing.A focus on UI/UX, championing user experience and design.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Continuous improvement of front-end service performance.Positioning & experimenting with new solutions
Key Skills:
Proven expertise in front-end product development with extensive experience of developing and maintaining UIs for modern standards-compliant web applications using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and associated technologies.Experience with JQuery & Angular (12+ would be ideal)Previous experience with Dev Express / Design ExperienceC#, ASP.NET and .NET Core would be highly desirable but not essentialSQL / T-SQL, Azure hosted and managed instance databases highly desirable but not essentialPlease apply to speak with Sam, Recruitment Consultant at Big Red Recruitment – IT & Digital Recruitment Specialists.
