About The Role
About the role:
Working for the UK and Europe side of a large global asset management and construction consultancy, the Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, managing and delivering all campaign and brand positioning activities across our various regions, that will ensure a return on investment. You will go to market through multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, infrastructure, commercial, hospitality and residential property. The role reports into the UK & Europe Marketing Communications Associate Director.
The role is London-based and offers hybrid working, with at least 2 to 3 days per week in the London office.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with the multiple sector groups across the business to identify key propositions and initiatives to drive regional and national awareness of Currie & Brown and its sector capabilities
  • Developing measurable, multi-channel Marketing Campaigns utilising and creating relevant digital and traditional tactics from brief through to delivery
  • Developing a messaging framework for key sectors and UK regions to create a differentiated proposition to attract business opportunities, aligned to business priorities
  • Deliver content plans that support all campaign and communication activity, including PR, thought leadership, blogs, awards, case studies and more across the full marketing mix
  • Working with the group marketing team and key stakeholders across the business to implement targeted sector emails to external stakeholders, overseeing the use of data lists and capturing analytics to measure engagement and growth
  • Managing internal communication programme, working closely with other service areas of the business focusing on employee engagement with our 5 year strategy and CSR
  • Creating an annual events plan aligned with campaign activity and managing the sponsorship of trade shows, conferences and award events to maximise brand exposure and communications at the least cost
  • Working with PR Agencies and media to create press releases and secure media coverage and interviews aligned to key campaigns and thought-leadership
  • Managing internal and external creative and media from conception through to implementation
  • Tracking and providing post-campaign analysis, collating information from different channels of engagement and offering insight for improvements
  • Managing campaign budgets and overseeing future forecasting
  • Other duties and tasks or projects as required
Requirements:
  • 7 years+ B2B Professional Services Corporate Communications & Marketing Experience
  • Experience as a communications or Marketing Campaign Manager with tangible examples of successful campaigns
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships
  • Track record of copywriting and content development
  • LinkedIn marketing experience with track record of building audiences and engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder management with ability to collaborate across different teams
  • Working knowledge of CRM and Database implementation and delivery beneficial
  • Skilled in using E-marketing tools e.g. MailChimp and developing digital Marketing Campaigns and tracking results
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members
Qualifications & Education:
  • CIPR or CIM Diploma-qualified, or equivalent
  • Ideally educated to Degree level, or equivalent.

We are part of a wider group marketing team, led by our global marketing director, with members across our wide range of international offices, from Portland to Mumbai. Reporting to our UK & Europe associate director marketing, this role presents an opportunity to take the lead in developing sector-led Marketing Campaigns to support business development across our European offices, with a focus on Germany, as well as our UK regions. We are a highly professional, collaborative and honest team, focused on delivering marketing communications that bring our purpose – to add value that makes building a better future possible – to life for our clients.
