Job Role

The successful candidate will be required to work as a member of our Academy team based at Saxham. Your main responsibility will be to plan, prepare and deliver sales and Technical Training for our range of Digital products and services. Candidates are expected to have practical experience with the operation, diagnostics and repair of GPS guidance systems on modern agricultural or plant machinery although manufacturer specific training will be provided. Previous experience in delivering training would also be beneficial. You will have access to our modern on-site training facilities and customer experience centre for driving and training purposes. This role will require some overseas travelling for participation in meetings and training from our CLAAS central academy.

 Main Duties

• To plan and prepare a structured training pathway for our dealer’s Digital, Service and Sales personnel with appropriate learning outcomes.
• To deliver Technical Training focusing on the operation, diagnostics and repair of our machine-based connectivity, CEMIS 1200 GPS steering system and ISOBUS communication.
• To deliver sales training focusing on the features, benefits and selling approaches for our machine-based connectivity, Digital Care packages, CEMIS 1200 GPS steering system and CLAAS Connect customer portal.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

• Experience in the operation, diagnostics and repair of modern agricultural or plant machinery equipped with connectivity and GPS guidance systems
• The ability to engage with, teach and challenge training participants
• A strong attention to detail
• Passion, belief and confidence in the material being delivered
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• A valid, current UK Driving licence
• Good IT proficiency and literacy skills

Hours of Work

According to the business requirements (Minimum 37.5 hours per week).

This role does not attract an overtime rate.
