Job Purpose

• Ensure all visitors experience a brilliant and warm welcome through immaculate presentation of public areas and outstanding customer service.
• Provide a safe and secure site for visitors and staff.
• Answer any queries or questions and to professionally resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative way of working across the venue alongside staff and Management.
