About the role
In Wastewater networks we are responsible for the successful delivery of waste from people’s homes to treatment centres. In this role you will be expected to be involved in, and contribute towards, our desire to have industry leading customer service, analyse and assess customer and process journeys to identify improvement, understand commercial activities and assess the compliance of submissions made by our contract partners and support the delivery of innovation, Health and Safety and efficiency projects.
About you
You will be good at organising yourself and be passionate about service. You can be studying for a degree in various fields as this role is varied, you will have an ability to analyse data and information, communicate effectively via various methods. We are looking for you to have strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and to demonstrate the ability to adapt to new systems and change in a positive way. Having the ability to problem solve and contribute to solutions will be a key skill required for this role.
