The Opportunity:
We have two exciting opportunities for bright and enthusiastic undergraduates who are studying a Quantity Surveying related degree to work in a 12-month placement in our Build team based in Caterham, Surrey or Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
This opportunity is available from Summer 2024. Please specify which location you would prefer when applying.
On your placement you will spend time assistingwiththe financial administration of the procurement and payment of subcontractors and other similar bodies operating on company developments, to ensure the company achieves value for money and management receive regular updates on the financial performance of each site.
About You:
- You will be currently studying a relevant degree e.g. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of MS excel and spreadsheets)
- Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration.
- Analytical mind and methodical approach.
