Uninsured Loss Recovery Paralegal

Your new company

Our client is a top claimant law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently looking to recruit an Uninsured Loss Recovery Paralegal into their Liverpool office in the city centre. A competitive salary and hybrid benefits are available.

Your new role

This Uninsured Loss Recovery Paralegal position will see you handle a caseload of ULR small claims on a daily basis. Claims will be pre and post-litigated. Making use of the firm's case management system, you will progress cases in a timely manner. You will be required to assess liability at all times and ensure clients receive outstanding legal advice. Claims should be settled as soon as possible or must be prepared to issue for transfer to the litigation department.
What you'll need to succeed

This is a paralegal position where previous experience handling your own personal injury caseload is required. Experience working with a case management system is essential. Successful applicants will have excellent client care and communication skills. Strong academics are essential.
