The Supply Register are proud to be working as a managed service provider of the Swanwick Hall School. We are working in collaboration with the School, to support their delivery of education by providing engaging and passionate staff, who assist across all age groups on a supply basis.
We are Interested in engaging with recent University Graduates, who would be Interested in getting into Teaching. This would be through offering temporary roles as a 'Cover Supervisor'.
Your role as a Cover Supervisor would involve supervising pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. The cover supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set.
To be eligible, you must have:
- Experience of working with children and young people or the desire to start a career in Education
- Confidence and have the ability to engage with secondary aged pupils.
- Available weekdays between 08:30 - 15:30
- Good behaviour management skills
- Degree educated
- An interest in education and/or looking to qualify as a teacher
