Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Unqualified Teacher.
In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher, providing support, covering intervention classes, and contributing to the educational development of our students.
Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
Assist in implementing individualised education plans and behavior management strategies.
Cover intervention classes as required, ensuring continuity of learning for all students.
Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes emotional well-being and academic success.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to meet the diverse needs of students.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as necessary.
Requirements:
Passion for working with children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the varying needs of students.
Resilience and patience when faced with challenging situations.
