Job Description:
Are you passionate about English language and literature? We're seeking dedicated individuals with a love for English to join us as an Unqualified English Teacher in a temporary capacity. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those who are enthusiastic about English but may not have formal Teaching Qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Step in to cover English classes when regular Teachers are unavailable.
- Create a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for Students.
- Implement lesson plans provided by the school.
- Assist Students with their assignments and provide guidance as needed.
- Maintain classroom order and ensure a respectful learning environment.
Requirements:
- Genuine enthusiasm for English language and literature.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
- Capacity to follow instructions and work independently.
- Desire to support student learning and development.
- Flexibility to adapt to different classroom situations.
