Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for our partnership schools' on a full time or part time basis. This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic educational environment, making it ideal for those who are considering a career in teaching or are passionate about supporting students' learning journeys.

You can control your own working diary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and materials across a range of subjects and year groups in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.
- Provide assistance to students with their learning as needed, offering support and encouragement.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.
The successful educator will have:
- A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their educational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
