This is an excellent opportunity for an Urban Designer to join a multidisciplinary consultancy practice, working with both private and public sector clients.
Do you have some planning experience within a UK consultancy? Are you looking to work for a company that supports your professional development? Do you have experience with residential layouts and residential masterplans?
This business is a multidisciplinary consultancy practice made up on architects, landscape architects, Urban Designers, and planners. The company has built up an excellent industry reputation, facilitating them to have a place on a number of public sector frameworks and allowing them to work alongside some of the industry's best private contractors. Initially based out of offices in Cardiff, they have more recently opened offices in Bristol due to their continued growth. With projects based all over the UK, and their workload steadily increasing, they are now looking for a motivated Urban Designer with some experience with residential masterplans to join them in their Cardiff offices.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture, and have some postgraduate experience with residential masterplanning.

The Role:
*Primarily working on residential layouts and masterplans using Vectorworks.
*Possibility to become more involved in a variety of projects - town centre regeneration, civic design, high street regeneration.
*Strong technical training and mentoring.
*Professional development plan.
*Hybrid, based out of offices Cardiff 3 days per week.
The Person:
*Degree in Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
*Postgraduate experience within residential masterplanning or any experience with Vectorworks.
*Can be more flexible on experience if candidate is educated to a masters level.
*Looking for training and progression.
*Happy to work from offices in Cardiff.
