- Owner of the product copy process, working with production and digital teams to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of copy for all products going live onsite.
- Responsible for fact checking with relevant teams to ensure every product description is accurate, detailed, and informative.
- Responsible for proofing and editing any copy written by the Junior Product Copywriter.
- Responsible for maintaining a reasonable INP number, regularly troubleshooting any Go Live delays.
- Keyword researcher, aware of relevant search terms and technical fashion terminology and implementing relevant SEO terms on product pages.
- Owner of the Enhanced Product Information process, responsible for sending out a monthly report on team’s successes in this area.
- Owner of the SEO copy process, working with SEO analyst to create, edit and update keyword optimised copy blocks for site landing pages.
- Responsible for managing the brand bio process, helping the Junior Product Copywriter to research new brands in-line with buying teams, generate creative on-site copy, and upload via Contentful.
- Works alongside Creative Marketing copy team to evolve and maintain the brand’s overall TOV strategy.
- Responsible for creating ad-hoc digital support copy when required (ie. product recall emails, order cancellation comms.)
- Works with the digital team to QC the site and report any errors.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to grasp multiple technical systems quickly
- Previous Ecommerce experience
