We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Urdu Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
Duties:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use various teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Teaching certification or license
- Previous experience working as a Teacher or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of different backgrounds and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
