URGENT Temporary Receptionist role in Cranleigh

Cranleigh, fully Office based
Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4:30pm (Fully office based)
Start date: ASAP!
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working administrator/receptionist to provide support to the friendly team in Cranleigh on a temporary basis. You will manage visitors and calls coming into the office and deal first hand with general enquiries.
Duties & responsibilities to include:
- Monitoring and responding to enquiry emails
- Answering the phone
- Sales & BDM inbox organising
- Order checking
- Office admin duties (scanning etc)
- Email quotes follow up
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience of working within a team.
- Proven experience of Receptionist skills.
- Proven experience of working under pressure.
Ability, skills and knowledge:
- Able to communicate (receive and transmit) appropriately and effectively with colleagues and visitors.
- Able to seek out information and disseminate to others.
- Able to maintain accurate, legible and up to date records.
- Able to operate a range of office equipment such as photocopiers, laminators etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and other data bases to produce a variety of letters, documents
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
