We are seeking a capable and experienced Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the senior clinical team at our client's 55-bedded independent charitable Hospital site based in the Harley Street district of Central London ( Travelcard Zone 1 ), within easy reach of TfL and National Rail services

This is a full-time post hours 09:00-17:00
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager you will;
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with urological conditions
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Provide patient and family education on urological conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Assist in urological procedures, including catheterisations, cystoscopies, and urodynamic testing
- Collaborate with the urology team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance urology care
- Stay updated with the latest advances in urology nursing through professional development
An established charity-status centre of excellence with a long history of royal patronage since 1899; the Hospital's facilities include a 4-bed level-3 critical care unit, three state of the art Operating Theatres, two with laminar flow.
In addition to busy Imaging, Physiotherapy and Outpatient departments the Hospital treats a wide range of Surgical patients; Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Urology, Dental, Maxillo=Facial, Colorectal, Ophthalmic, ENT, Plastic & Endoscopic surgery.
The Hospital has strong links to both serving military personnel, to Veterans and their families.
Person requirements
Registered Nurse with full NMC registration.
Current or recent senior Urology experience.
Post-graduate Urology qualification or previous experience as a Urology CNS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independantly or as part of a team
