Role and Responsibilities:
Provide expert urological care to patients with a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, and urologic cancers.
Conduct comprehensive urological assessments, investigations, and diagnostic procedures to formulate accurate treatment plans.
Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries, for various urological conditions.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and patient-centered care.
Participate in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to junior medical staff and trainees as required.
Requirements:
Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Completion of speciality training in Urology and entry onto the GMC Specialist Register (or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing complex urological conditions and performing urological surgeries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
