Available Car Limited is a family run business established in 2002 with 2 car supermarkets in the East Midlands.
Available Car are looking to recruit a Showroom Buyer to join our busy showroom buying team at our Sutton-in-Ashfield car supermarket.
The successful candidates will need to have hands-on experience buying and appraising vehicles from a variety of sources including the general public. The role will include buying cars from the public via our in-house car buying platform and assisting the showroom with specialist valuations and appraisals.
You will be tasked with achieving weekly buying targets whilst adhering to our high quality buying guidelines. A good understanding of vehicle specification and desirability is essential. You will work closely with our stock buyers and remarketing department to ensure that we are offering the most up-to-date market leading prices.
The individual will be required to be self-motivated and work well within a busy showroom team. The role will be 5 days per week which will include one weekend day and showroom hours. You will need to be computer literate to operate our digital purchasing system which you will be required to use.
Part of the job role will involve driving cars around the site so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Salary £24,000 to £28,000 plus bonus dependant on experience.
