Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity to join us as a User Research Assistant working in our Information and Business Transformation team.
This role will involve gathering user insight throughout various project lifecycles, and understanding user behaviours, needs and preferences. You’ll use a variety of research methods to gather insight and work closely with teams using a user-centered design approach.
