Our client, an industry leading consultancy operating within National Security and Defence are in search of a User Researcher to collaborate with top digital talent across various disciplines to innovate and deliver outstanding solutions for thier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute user research studies using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research.
- Collect and analyze user data with appropriate tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop user archetypes, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts to communicate insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into well-designed products and services.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in conducting user research using various methods and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively translate research findings for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
The Senior User Researcher package:
- Up to £70,000
- Company bonus
- Company flex fund
- DV Cleared bonus up to £7k
