Usher (Casual) - Ballymena

We are currently recruiting an Usher to join our client in Ballymena

• Casual hours as and when required
• Immediate starts
• Ballymena location
• £12.18 per hour

The successful candidate must have 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths or equivalentThe successful candidate must have 1 years experience working in a similar post and working directing with the public in a customer focused environment

1. Provide a high standard of customer service to users of The Braid, Ballymena Town Hall, Museum and Art Centre.
2. Sell and serve drinks on performance/events evenings
3. Act as usher during events as required
4. Assist, all hirers and users in the use of the premises
5. Assist in the preparation of activity areas. Stage, function rooms and ancillary facilities in advance of use
6. Serve customers including taking orders for interval drinks
7. Use the till and other systems to ensure the correct recording of sales and stock and cash up the till at the end of the shift as required.
