Utilities Co-Ordinator
One Step are working with a growing Utilities Consultancy company who are looking for an experienced Utility Coordinator to join their team.
As Utility Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Utility Manager to support the business with any administration tasks and coordination of the Utility infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will need:
- To have worked in a utilities role previously
- The ability to work in a team and also alone at times
- Confidence and alertness on the phone when speaking to clients
- To have the drive and desire to progress through the business
A Utilities co-ordinator will be tasked with:
- Building and maintaining client relations
- Organise and co-ordinate utility applications while maintaining budget
- Being up-to-date on all meter removals/ diversions and disconnections
- Working on the telephone answering calls and relaying information
- Maintaining paper and electronic filing records
- Arranging existing constrains layouts on projects

- Monday- Thursday 8:30-5:00
- Friday from home 8:30- 4:00
