Form of workA well-established information management business based in Hampshire is requiring a UX Designer to join their team and take responsibility creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight a diverse client base. This role will join the Product team and will be a standalone UX Designer, so you will also take the lead on developing and maintaining the UX vision and strategy.
The salary for this role is up to £57k and is offered on a remote basis with offices based in Birmingham.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the UX vision and strategy for our products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with the Head of Product and Product Owner to support the product roadmap
Skills and experience
- Depth of demonstrable proven experience in UX Design, with a focus on designing digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
- Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
