Essential skills
- Design of user scenarios and storyboards
- Excellent knowledge of the user-centered design process
- Experience in design thinking and ability to create and experience which is both digital and physical
- Start-up mindset: pro-active, autonomous, agile, innovative
- Fluent in English
Preferred skills
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry or an innovation direction
- Stakeholder management: influence direction of a project by proposing usercentered design proposals
Not essential
- Experience in the automotive navigation system
- Ability to do hand-drawing
