£38,000 - £42,000

The Advocate Group are again proud to continue our long-standing partnership with the one and only, Monster Energy EMEA.

The business are, due to exponential growth, embarking upon a programme of business transformation initiatives; one of which is within Tech Capability.  This will be focussing on increasing their overall organisational technical capability in order to empower and drive enhanced business performance.

This new position is responsible and accountable for the successful development and delivery of IT User Experience Journey, end to end. Ensuring that all end users and consumers of their services are empowered with the knowledge and capability to fully leverage and maximise technology to drive and deliver results.

Thriving on technology driven innovation to deliver UX upskilling projects and initiatives, the role will require collaboration across various teams and functions to review, identify, continuously develop and deliver WI/SOP/LMS training material.

Responsibility

  •  Responsible for developing and deploying Monster Energy’s seamless IT end user journey throughout EMEA.
  • Identifying and implementing key competencies for enhancing and upskilling organisation technical capability and productivity.
  • Leading key projects and initiatives to continually develop and enhance our best-in-class IT UX and upskilling initiatives.
  • Ability to fully understand complex technical needs and implement processes and material to drive and embrace user centered technology needs and goals across EMEA catering for multiple languages.
  • Creating champions in departments which can help drive and shape the UX going for the future maximising the full potential of systems and tools.
  • Working with external vendors and internal L&D teams to leverage available tools and resources to create and deliver focused programmes to empower end users.
  • Embedding end to end training that ensures all consumers of technology are fully adopting and leveraging relevant tools to upskill and increase overall organisational technological capability.
  • Coordinating UAT to successfully ensure the most efficient and effective ways of working are deployed, taking in feedback to ensure solutions are user focused.
  • Coordinating BAU handover and associated training material is available, understood and adopted.
  • Tailoring and improving the IT Onboarding experience to create a succinct programme for both Office and Remote employees.
  • Ongoing development of Intranet to host training material, announcements/updates on new features and ensuring relevant KBs are kept up to date.
  • Working with BPOs to develop best in class, tailored training content for business related systems and processes

Experience/Skills

  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in recognising and increasing end user technical capability (Eg MS O365 Adoption).
  • Broad knowledge of LMS systems, core mainstream enterprise applications with a willingness to learn/implement new systems and processes.
  • Proven understanding of end user technical adoption and associated challenges embracing end users within a changing IT landscape.
  • Previous exposure working alongside internal L&D teams to deliver UX training and upskilling end users.
  • Proficient in creating technical training material across multiple business disciplines.
  • Ability to recognise patterns and trends that draw key conclusions to continuously improve training and upskilling penetration.
  • Capability to predict challenges associated with change and seek to proactively mitigate obstacles and technical problems.
  • Influencing outcomes and the ability to gain the support of others while managing expectations.
