Senior Web Designer – UX/UIJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Designer with a strong technical understanding of websites to join our dynamic team. Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to refine and pitch design concepts.User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Implement UX/UI best practices to design user-centric and intuitive websites. Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable to different devices.Technical Collaboration: Partner with the development team to translate designs into functional websites. Provide insight into design feasibility and adjustments needed for technical implementation.Brand Consistency: Uphold the brand’s identity and messaging through consistent and thoughtful design.Testing and Optimization: Perform user testing to gather feedback for continuous design and functional enhancements.Technical Proficiency and Updates: Stay abreast of the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies, with a strong focus on technical aspects of web design and development.Required Skills and Qualifications:Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional web design experience, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your expertise.Technical Skills: Mastery of Figma, including interactive prototypes, team collaboration, and advanced features. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of how designs are implemented in web development. Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Technical Understanding: Strong technical knowledge of web architectures, frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and an understanding of SEO principles. Familiarity with server-side considerations, CMS platforms, and cross-browser compatibility issues.UX/UI Design: Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and techniques.Creative Skills: Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.Problem-Solving: Skilled in addressing complex design and technical challenges.Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
