Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct user research to identify user needs and behaviours, applying these insights to create user personas and customer journeys.
- Work with data analysts to understand existing pain-points.
- Establish and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and resonates with the needs of our customers.
- Advocate for users in all areas of our business, influencing and decisions that impact user experience.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a customer-centric culture across the organization.
- Drive innovative thinking, continuous learning, and improvement within the UX team, championing the latest technologies and design approaches.
