About the role

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our Retail Catering team in our Anfield Stadium concourse kiosks as a Till Operator.

Our concourse kiosks serve over 45,000 guests. In this extremely fast-paced environment, this role includes working on a till, and dealing with food and beverage items.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Working on average 6-hour long shifts on a casual basis
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers.
  • Take card payments for customer orders.
  • Maintain a fast-paced service experience 2 hours before and throughout the football match/ event.
  • Provide full product knowledge of our menu that is on offer to spectators.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy working area throughout every shift.
  • Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.

 

Who are we looking for?

No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be provided. We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer service and can work well within a team. This role is extremely fast-paced and will involve working with food and alcoholic beverages.

Please note in roles which require serving alcohol or safety positions, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over.
