- Up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience

Levy UK & Ireland - a leading name in the world of hospitality, is seeking an exceptional Head of Retail to lead our retail offering at Burnley Football Club.
You will be responsible for 31 retail kiosks including internal and external fanzones at Turf Moor, with 4 direct reports and circa 140 casual reports on match days/events.
You will also support the delivery of events on non match days with a dedication to guest satisfaction, we offer the perfect canvas for you to make a significant impact.

- Develop and execute retail strategies that align with our brand and drive revenue growth
- Lead a talented team of Retail F&B professionals, inspiring and guiding them to success
- Curate a portfolio of F&B offerings that cater to diverse guest preferences
- Monitor retail performance, analyse data, and implement improvements as needed
- Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Create a seamless hospitality experience that enhances our guests’ visit
Who you are:

- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or F&B management
