HSE Administrator | PERMANENT | £27,000 - £30,000 | Derrylin, Co Fermanagh
As our HSE Administrator, you will support the administration requirements of the Health & Safety and Environment Teams: responsible for coordinating, planning, monitoring, and carrying out functional administration tasks.
You’re a stickler for accuracy and improvement, not one to sit back or relish repetition you thrive on problem-solving, time management and continuous improvement. From budget control to document management to communication of strategic KPI reports, analysis of statistics to collaborating and engaging with key stakeholders is all in a day’s work.
The Key Requirements
- Excellent administrative /document management skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Awareness of ISO Systems and Legal Compliance for HSE beneficial
- Cost and Budget spreadsheets and use of SAP
- Competent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Monday - Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-15:15 - 39.5 hours
