About the role

 




 Partnerships Senior Coordinator 


 

 

 

Liverpool FC Foundation is offering an exciting opportunity to work within their Partnerships team in a Senior Coordinator role.

 

Working closely with the Head of Partnerships to manage the day-to-day relationships with Club Partners who support the work of the LFC Foundation.

 

What will you be doing?

The coordinator will be responsible building and maintaining excellent working relationships with our partners and Club departments, supporting the Foundation team in the delivery of KPIs in relation to the funding provided by club partners for programme delivery.  

 

The main responsibilities are:

 

  • Support and deliver LFC Foundation specific campaigns and activations for Club Partners 
  • Grow trust and confidence within the Partner’s organisation by understanding the Partners’ industry category and their business, marketing, and sponsorship objectives 
  • Build strong working relationships within other Club departments 
  • Undertake any projects or assignments as required 
  • Support in the development of programmes as part of the sales process for new partners 
  • Contribute to match day operations and other partnership events/projects where required
  • Ensure all our practices our inclusive and accessible to all
  • Ensure LFC Foundation quality and safeguarding standards are achieved and maintained at all times   

 

Who are we looking for:

 

It’s vital the successful candidate has demonstrable experience of working in project and stakeholder management, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. 

 

Experience of writing and implementing project plans is an essential skill for the successful candidate.

 

The role holder would be expected to have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and strong organisational skills with high levels of competency in Microsoft office.

 

We’re committed to safeguarding young people, so the candidate must also have a level 1 (or higher) qualification in safeguarding young people, and a strong understanding of good safeguarding practices.  Similarly, we also aim to be the most inclusive football club, so the candidate must be able to demonstrate understanding of inclusive youth work practices.

This is a full-time working  35 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days with some evening and weekend work required. This role is based at various sites across the LFC estate
