Job Introduction
You will work with the Site Head Chef/Sous Chef to ensure your unit provides an efficient, effective and consistent service delivery to customers and clients. Assist team members in their duties whilst adhering to company policy and procedure. Perform a variety of manual tasks and other general duties to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. To maintain a high standard of health and safety and food hygiene.

More about the role:
- This is a bank/pool/relief/casual position. Shifts are booked in accordance with your personal availability and the availability of shifts within the roster. Shifts are exclusively Monday to Friday (no weekends) and daytime (breakfast/lunch/supper). Shifts are sociable as the latest restaurant on site closes at 20:30.
