Senior Engineer - Production - Internal Only | PERMANENT | £53,000 - £56,000
As Senior Engineer, you are supporting the Production Manager, the Production Engineering Manager and leading a team of multi disciplinary engineers in the support of new and ongoing production and site machinery in the most cost effective manner.
Taking a lead role in progressing the lean philosophy ensuring continuous improvement across all areas of business processes are achieved
The Key Requirements
- Project Management and Implementation
- Extensive experience within a production/packaging environment
- Experience of visualisation/SCADA systems and Allen Bradley logic control
- Knowledge of drive systems both inverter and servo controlled, including diagnosing and parameter replacement
- Experience and knowledge of automatic value sequencing
- Experience of inspection systems using sensor, microprocessor and camera technology
- Engineering Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management ability
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
The Park is a multi-award-winning bottling facility, employing over four hundred people and producing 25 million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacity to produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute.
