Senior Shift Manger | FTC – 12 months | £60,000 - £62,000
As Senior Shift Manager, you will have an understanding of site processes with the technical knowledge to be able to answer team member’s questions and doubts, as well as the ability to develop & maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will have experience managing a high-volume manufacturing process and a background in team leadership roles within a FMCG environment/s.

As our next Senior Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for site operations and related support functions in terms of health & safety, people, quality, production efficiency and costs, for the duration of the shift. You will be the out of hours duty manager for the Glass business unit and will be the senior point of contact for any senior operational emergencies.
The Key Requirements
- Proven record in people performance management with evidence of building, managing & motivating successful teams on a large scale, shift working operation.
- Engineering Qualification or degree is desirable
- Glass manufacturing knowledge is desirable
- Production improvement working experience
