As the Specials - Customer Service Assistant, you will be supporting both our internal and external customer base. This will be via email and telephone. You will also be responsible for all other administrative tasks.
Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Main Responsibility
- Respond directly to customer queries and feedback via the company’s communications tools and in line with policies set by the business.
- Keeping all logs and trackers up to date/Data input
- Processing orders via telephone and from our online system
- Checking invoices
